Contiguity
Contiguity is an act of doubling: art and graphy. Visual/performative and textual processes and products are not separate and distinct but are in contiguous interaction which disrupt taken for granted categorizations of knowledge production. Contiguity is also found through the identities of artist/researcher/teacher and through the practices of artmaking/researching/teaching and learning. Contiguity honours these identities and practices while making visible the spaces between each. These in-between spaces are dynamic living spaces of inquiry.
